Shipping policy

Shipping Details: All keepsakes are shipped with Royal Mail or a courier service, and you’ll receive tracking details once your order is on its way.

Customer Responsibility:

• Tracking your parcel is up to you, but we’ll always be here to assist with any issues.

• Foxgrove Keepsakes cannot be held responsible for damages after dispatch, such matters should be directed to the delivery provider.

Delivery Times: Please allow 4 weeks for your keepsakes to be crafted and dispatched. Processing times may be extended during busy seasonal periods, but rest assured, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

UK Only: Shipping is available within the UK only. Customers are responsible for any customs or import taxes, and we can’t guarantee shipping times for delays caused by customs or other third parties.

Lost Parcels: If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 10 working days (UK), let us know, and we’ll look into it for you. Please inform us within this timeframe so we can offer assistance or resolve the issue.
