Returns and Refund Policy

Cancellations: Changed your mind? No problem! You can cancel your order any time before production begins by getting in touch with Foxgrove Keepsakes. If production hasn’t started, you’ll receive a 50% refund, and your clothing will be returned to you. Unfortunately, once production has begun, cancellations aren’t possible because of the bespoke nature of your keepsake.

Refunds:

Personalised Keepsakes & Gift Cards: Since these are custom-made just for you, we’re unable to offer refunds.

Faults or Errors: Whilst we take every step to make sure your keepsakes are absolutely perfect, we are still human. If there’s an issue on our end, we’ll put it right at no extra cost and even cover return postage.

Customer-Damaged Items: If something happens to your keepsake after it’s with you, don’t worry, repairs can be arranged from £20, with return postage covered by you.

Damaged or Faulty Items: If your keepsake arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of receiving it, including photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll work with you to make it right!
