Simply choose the keepsake you would like to order, all orders can be placed through www.foxgrovekeepsakes.com. Once I’ve received your order, I’ll contact you with your keepsake booking date and information for sending your clothes to me.

You will either need to send them over to me in the post, or drop them off if you live locally (please confirm a date & time with me beforehand). The address will be found on your order confirmation & your invoice. For this I would highly recommend sending them in a clearly labelled, waterproof mailing bag with recorded delivery or via a courier – that requires a signature and provides tracking. Along with your fabrics you must include a note with your name, contact information, special requirements and details of a return address.

Fabrics that work well are Jersey, Cottons and Polycottons, so shirts, T-shirts, sleepsuits or babygrows are a great choice. Each piece of clothing will be stabilised with interfacing, to ensure a high quality finish and therefore almost any fabric can be used. Items that are not so suitable include leather, lace, sheer, loose or hand-knits, anything with a thick padding or items with layers of frills. All of which could compromise the shaping and quality of the keepsake. If you have any concerns regarding your chosen items please ask before ordering.

All clothing should be in a clean and undamaged condition, if the clothing is too damaged or stained it will be sent back at the customers cost. If you are unsure about the suitability or material of clothing please contact me before sending the items. Clothing does NOT need to be ironed; this is done by myself when creating your Keepsake.

Memory Blankets:

• Small Blanket: 18–20 newborn items (0–3 months), 12–15 baby items (3+ months), or 3–5 adult-sized items.
• Medium Blanket: 30–35 newborn items (0–3 months), 18–25 baby items (3+ months), or 5–7 adult-sized items.
• Large Blanket: 45–55 newborn items (0–3 months), 35–40 baby items (3+ months), or 7–9 adult-sized items.
• Extra Large Blanket: 60–70 newborn items (0–3 months), 45–55 baby items (3+ months), or 9–12 adult-sized items.
  If you prefer not to include fastenings/poppers or plain squares, please send additional items to allow for design flexibility.

Keepsake Bears/Animals:

• 2–4 adult-sized items, 3–5 older child-sized items, 6–9 baby items (3+ months), or 8–12 newborn items (0–3 months).

Cushions:

• For the single-shirt option: 1 adult-sized item.
• Multi-patch cushion: 2–4 adult-sized items, 3–5 older child-sized items, 6–9 baby items (3+ months), or 8–12 newborn items (0–3 months). Please send extra items if you’d like different fabrics for each patch.

Hanging Hearts:

• 1–2 adult-sized items, 1–2 older child-sized items, 2–4 baby items (3+ months), or 3–4 newborn items (0–3 months).

Tips:
Consider colour variations and how the items complement each other when selecting fabrics. If you have specific design preferences or clothing you'd like featured prominently, let me know when sending your items.

Any uncut items will be returned with the completed keepsake(s), note: if you purposefully send too many items there will be an additional return postage charge. Any scraps and cut items will not be returned to you, unless specifically requested, again there will be an additional postage fee for this.

Depending on how many keepsakes you require, I aim to have your keepsake(s) completed within 4 weeks of your booking date. This is subject to change depending on availability. Should any unforeseen delays occur you will be notified.

Keepsakes are not intended or designed to be hand washed, machine washed or tumble dried. I would highly recommend against this and Foxgrove Keepsakes cannot take responsibility for the outcome of the keepsake in this circumstance. We recommend wiping with a damp cloth or lint roller.

Please note that as these keepsakes are often made from delicate, well-worn clothes, they can not be CE tested and therefore come with the following: Warning: This product is not suitable for children under 14 years of age. They are not toys. They are designed as decorative display items only.

You can change or cancel your order at any time prior to production of your keepsake commencing. You can do this by contacting Foxgrove Keepsakes immediately.

You cannot change or cancel your order once production has commenced due to the bespoke nature of the item. And I am unable to accept returns. Please see my returns policy for full details.

Yes, I am always open to creating bespoke designs for you, however I will not copy another maker's design.
