    Select your personalisation

    Choose from a range of embroidery: names, D.O.B, handwritting. Or add an accessory.

  • Step 3

    Complete your order

    to secure your booking. Don't forget to add any special instructions.

  • Step 4

    Await our email

    to confirm your order details, and provide you with your allocated booking date.

  • Step 5

    Send me your clothing

    Via post/courier, or drop them off (if you're local). Clothing can be sent right away and must be received a minimum of 7 days prior to your keepsake booking date.

  • Step 6

    Once they've arrived safely

    We'll email to let you know.

  • Step 7

    Your Keepsake is lovingly crafted

    Please allow 3-4 weeks for your keepsake to be completed and sent back to you. This may be slightly longer during busy times or on larger orders.

  • Step 8

    When your keepsake is complete

    It will be dispatched to you via your preferred method of either royal mail tracked and signed, or DPD courier service, (Collection if local).
